Welcome to the Arizona High School Rodeo Association 2017 Final Championships registration page. The event will be held June 7th through June 10th in the Town of Payson. The Town is thrilled to co-sponsor this event and welcomes you to Rim Country.
As your hosts, the Town of Payson provides a unique line-up of special events surrounding the actual Arizona High School Rodeo Championship Finals. The schedule includes a Queen Contest, Volleyball Tournament, a Las-Vegas-themed prom, and last but not least, a Dinner and Awards Banquet. In addition to these special events, the Town of Payson is proud to provide the championship trophy awards including the Overall Champion Cowgirl and Cowboy, Trophy Saddles and Individuals Event Champion Buckles.
Please note that pre-registration for your Town of Payson services this year is on-line only, running from March 1st through May 23rd, 2017. The ending date coincides with the AHSRA Finals registration deadline. A drawing will be held for prizes from the pool of registrants who register prior to April 15th.

Stall Reservations: USE AT YOUR OWN RISK
Stalls are available for rent through the Town of Payson for $10 per stall/per day. Reserve and make payment for your stall(s) on-line by Tuesday, May 23rd. Stall payments are non-refundable. Stall fees after May 23rd are $15 per stall per day and available on-site only during the event.
Stall Management: Your name will be on the quantity of stalls that you reserved/paid for. Please do not put a horse in a stall until you have paid and your name is on the stall. Shavings are not included; however, there are nearby feed & supply stores—Pet Club: (928) 474-4165, (101 W Aero Dr) and Tractor Supply: (928) 474-2829, (510 E. Highway 260).
Dry Camp/Rig Pass
There is a $10 a day dry camp/rig fee. Please park your rig in designated areas. Dry camp/rig fees are to be paid in advance via on-line registration – deadline May 23rd. Upon arrival, you will be given a colored pass to be made visible on your rig throughout the entire event.
AHSRA 2017 Finals Souvenir T-Shirts
T-shirts are available for purchase on-line. Each shirt is $15. The sizes range from small to XXL. There may be a limited supply of non-reserved shirts for sale, but quantities and sizes are not a guarantee. T-shirt sales are non-refundable.
Facility Improvement Fee
This is a mandatory one-time flat fee of $5 that is added to your total payment. This $5 fee will show in your shopping cart as the very first "Fee". This is a standard one time fee.
The Town of Payson Parks, Recreation & Tourism department is sponsoring, supporting and hosting the Arizona High School Rodeo Finals. Please support our town by purchasing your groceries and other items at local businesses when you arrive in town.
Water, Manure & Trash
Water: There are three spigots available for horse watering purposes located under the treed area just north of the horse pens. Manure: There is a manure dumping area located near the stalls. Trash: There will be multiple trash receptacles located throughout the facility along with dumpsters.
June is our driest month. For safety measures, campfires and use of charcoal are not allowed; however, gas grills are allowed.
Adult Beverages & Glass Containers The consumption of alcoholic beverages is prohibited at this event. Additionally, please do not bring/use beverages in glass bottle containers.
